ROV Help Desk is a specialized service of Liberty Valuations, Inc., providing independent Reconsideration of Value (ROV) analysis for residential and commercial real estate appraisals.
The service was developed in response to a clear need in the market: parties who believe an appraisal contains errors or overlooked market evidence often lack access to the independent, appraiser-led analysis required to support a credible reconsideration request.
ROV Help Desk fills that gap — providing objective, professional analysis that identifies what the evidence supports, without advocacy for any predetermined outcome.
Certified General Appraiser. SRA Designated.
All ROV Help Desk services are conducted by a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser holding the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute and actively pursuing the MAI designation.
The Certified General license is the highest level of state appraiser certification, qualifying the holder to appraise all property types — residential, commercial, industrial, and special purpose. The SRA designation recognizes demonstrated competency in residential valuation. The MAI designation, currently in progress, recognizes expertise in commercial and complex property valuation.
This combination of credentials and experience — across residential and commercial property types — is what enables ROV Help Desk to handle the full range of assignments it accepts, including complex, high-value, and mixed-use properties.
